Rough edges, frayed lines and deep slopes run along the horizon changing their colours between sunset and dawn. I find it fascinating how along century-old slate and stone; wallflowers bloom, bees hum and butterflies circle aound our home. The clash of this colourful softness and timeless toughness gets to me every time.
